What should work is that when you get you item for the first day,
Take a picture of the item besides the package that contained it.
Also take pictures of the item not working.
There may be also several way to show the seller that the item is not working.
For e.g making a clear video record and explaining at the same time. You can upload it on YouTube, then give your supplier the link.
Many suppliers do consider it as a valid approach to check for defective items.

I did refund to clients in Mauritius using PayPal on my website and has been refunded myself in the past when shopping online.
I don't know whether the money was transferred to their credit card, but I assume that those refunded can use the credits for other purchases.

Well, I just have to say it; Cyber Island on its best! I have been in touch with PP recently (last year/this year) and they have confirmed 'receiving money via PP in Mauritius is not yet an option due to regulations'. I think it is rather ridicilous; we are encouraged to set up our own business and then we meet the 'red tape'! As far as I know, there are many countries in Africa which have this feature, so why not Mauritius?! Personally I had to go through my native country (I'm not a Mauritius) to get a PP receiving money account.

I am a bit scared of the sea... The huge ocean filled with sooo many mysteries...
Mne déjà gagne piqué ek oursin enfin ene tiguit...
But hearing things about Laff or Jelly Fish makes me even more reluctant to swim in the sea. Even if my feet touches an algae or coral or I see a rock inside the water I prefer avoid it...

i reside at coromandel and i am paying the total sum of Rs. 945 for nothing to Myt. my speed must must be 1 mbps and everyday after cleaning everything things and effet speed test the total speed is less than 512 kbps. i am realy shocked how myt is earning a lot of money by stealing surfers in Mauritius. how to make surfers awake from their sleep. We all know that 90% of us dont care about speed but now i know that they did not even care about their money. How could people stay silent after all these times thats why orange is doing lot of lobbying for products which hold only casing and empty inside. Please wake up sid.

i can swim though im not a good one. i cant be bothered to swim most of the times et mo papa ti ene membre club des sauveteurs serge alfred. maurice mo ti aret ale la mer akoz dimoun pas kave veille zot zafer.a lepok mo ti mari gro et dimoun ti nek pren nisa, premier fois mo ti reale la mer apres 7-8 years ti kan mo ti la reunion a 16 ans ou 17 ans. sinon en general cant be bothered. mo pas kntan disable colle dan mo lipied kan li mouiller et mo pas kntan mange poisson neither btw. yash mo krwar to kner ki nou pren campement pres kot la plage sak coup mais nou jamais ale la mer la : /

In my "younger" days I loved to swim in Pereybere, it was a quiet spot in those days. Trou aux Biches was another favourite. I was obliged to learn to swim in training I had to do 4 lengths of an olympic pool to qualify. Also had to do swimming fully clothed for rescue training. That was a long time ago. These days I am not much of a beach person but I prefer the inland nature of the island. I still seriously keep up one exercise which consists of and upward and downward motion of the arm with a pint glass in the hand!

Lol tons of Mauritians can't swim, tons of e.g in my own family :P Oh and one of my pet peeves are people who don't want to go to the beach because they don't want to get "tanned". What exactly is wrong with getting tanned? Is dark skin really that ugly? urg I'm rambling on but watevs!

& I love how more & more beaches are being made exclusive... At some point in the future, because the public beaches will be so crowded, people will have to go to pools for swimming.
